Authentically Embodied LLC is a handmade, all-natural skincare brand based in Atlanta, Georgia. We sell facial masks, body butters, body scrubs, and related skincare products through our website at authenticallyembodied.com. All products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients with no preservatives, chemicals, or artificial additives.

Products and Ingredients

All Authentically Embodied products are handmade with all-natural ingredients and contain no preservatives. Because our products are made without preservatives, they have a limited shelf life. Please follow all storage and usage instructions provided with your order and on our product pages.

A full ingredient list is included on each product page and on product packaging. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before purchase, particularly if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your skin, we recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Our products are cosmetic skincare items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or disease. Results may vary.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, shipping address, and payment details. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

We accept payment via PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and major credit and debit cards. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed.

We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Prices displayed at the time of your order will be honored for that transaction.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times and rates are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are handmade, perishable, and made without preservatives, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for reactions resulting from individual skin sensitivities or allergies. Please review all ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
